
Jane Hatton
Jane has had a successful career in catering, bakery and sugar craft. Fully trained with City and Guild qualifications. Her first job was as a pastry chef at Harrods. Jane has experience in the baking Industry having worked in bakeries as a confectioner and cake decorator.
Jane has been teaching Sugarcraft and bakery for about 28 years, currently at Brooklands College. Training has extended to Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, and Ireland.
Many of Jane’s students have won some of the top awards in Competitions and have successfully set themselves up in business.
In September 2008 Jane won the most prestigious award for Achievement in Bakery Training .As a result of this Jane is offering short courses in both Sugarcraft and Bakery.
Jane has a passion, drive and her motto is: "quality is delighting the customer."
